Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our hotel premises are safe, well-maintained, and inviting for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues, repairs and address them promptly.
Respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff in a timely manner.
Maintain the hotel’s exterior, including landscaping, gardening, and minor repairs.
Handle garbage and trash removal from designated areas.
Assemble and move furniture and other items as needed.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of hotel events and holiday activations/ decor.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a maintenance worker or similar role.
Strong technical knowledge of building systems, basic carpentry, and construction, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Great communicator, with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical condition and the ability to lift heavy objects.
Flexibility to work the specified shifts (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM and 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
